Recovery is real, and everyone deserves the opportunity to find it.
Every day, individuals, families, and communities across Massachusetts are impacted by substance use disorder. At the Massachusetts Organization for Addiction Recovery (MOAR), we believe no one should have to face it alone.
For more than 35 years, MOAR has been a statewide voice for people in recovery, their families, and allies. We work to expand access to peer recovery support, advance policies that save lives, reduce stigma, and ensure that the voices of people with lived experience are heard.
This year, MOAR is proud to participate as the sole beneficiary team for the Shatterproof Walk to End Addiction in Boston on October 4th. Seventy-five percent of every dollar raised by Team MOAR comes directly back to MOAR to support our work across Massachusetts.
Right now, we need your help to reach our $5,000 fundraising. Reaching this goal will allow MOAR to have a dedicated tent at the Walk—creating a space where our recovery community can come together, connect, and make our collective voice heard.
